Holy Cold Wisconsin, Midwest in Deepfreeze

Top for deepfreeze It was a very cold day in Wisconsin and the Midwest today.  Temperatures fell to over -15° here in Bellevue, WI.  With wind chills below -45°.  It will actually be a little warmer tonight, with some light snow tomorrow, and slightly warmer temperatures.
