Bellevue spared from severe weather … for now

Bellevue and Green Bay were mostly spared from the high winds, damaging weather and dangerous intense storms experienced earlier in western and central

Wisconsin.  There were reports of funnel cloud sightings in the Fox Valley area.

Storms Over Bellevue and Green Bay … Update

UPDATE 10:30pm; The storm did not actually amount to much here in Bellevue, although there were reports of sizable hail in some locations throughout northeast Wisconsin.

Storms moved into Brown County, Bellevue and Green Bay Wisconsin this afternoon.  Here is the text from the warning …. Video reports on the way.

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR CALUMET.
WESTERN MAN ITOWOC.SOUTHEASTERN OUTAGAMIE & S. BROWN
COUNTIES UNTIL 500 PM CDT.
AT 417 PM CDT.NATL WEATHER SVC DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE
HAIL.& DAMAGING WINDS TO 60 MPH. THESE STORMS WERE LOCATED
ALONG A LINE EXTENDING F ROM 9 MILES SW OF GREEN BAY TO 6
MILES NW OF BRILLION TO NO. FOND DU LAC.MOVING EAST AT 30
MPH.
LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE.
BRILLION.CHILTON.ST ANNA.VALDERS.HILBERT.BROTHERTOWN.
JERICHO & POTTER. 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS.  
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS.LARGE HAIL.& DEADLY
LIGHTNING. FOR YOUR PROTECTION.MOVE TO AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE 
LOWEST FLOOR OF YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS. SEVERE STORMS CAN
OCCASIONALLY PRODUCE BRIEF TORNADOES IN ADDITION TO SIGNIFICANT WIND
DAMAGE.

 

Phosari ... Walk the dogs in Allouez WI and fix a dual Swing Seat.

In this PHOSARI, we take a look at a nice spot to  walk the dogs. 

We looked pretty closely and did not see any signs stating that  dogs were not allowed, so we gave it a go.

 

You can see in the video the dogs were happy getting a nice  run, and it was a nice time and location to do some still photography.

I always like the sun can effect a lens, and  I include a still photography tip where I demonstrate how I meter differently for various basic effects such as getting a lighter or darker exposure with a digital camera.

Then I work on an old two person outdoor swing seat.
